I’m a Polish designer living in Portugal. I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw with a degree in Graphic Design.
After university, I put aside my brushes and paints for years, spending most of my time in front of a screen. Over time, I began to feel lost and burned out.
In a moment of crisis, I picked up my painting tools again and unknowingly started fulfilling a childhood dream — to live close to nature and paint. This simplicity became a source of healing and fulfilment.
That’s how I discovered surface pattern design — a limitless space for imagination. I now do most of my work by hand, using the computer only at the final stage.
Based on my own experience, I’m fascinated by how patterns affect our wellbeing — how colour, rhythm, and scale shape spaces that feel calm, balanced, or energising. I create with the hope of bringing a sense of harmony and a touch of joy into the everyday experiences of life.
